A complex Moroccan spice blend which literally means ‘Head of the shop’.
Aromatic, hand roasted spices are combined with rose petals creating underlying curry flavours with a spicy finish and a flowery fragrance. It is typically used in tajines and couscous but can also be used in rice for extra flavour or as a dry rub for grilled meats and in marinades. It contains no fillers, salt or additives.
