This blend of herbs and spices is delicious served with Extra Virgin fruity olive oil and warmed rustic bread for dipping. Sprinkle a teaspoon or two on a plate, then drizzle 1/4 cup of olive oil over it. Dip warmed bread in the spiced oil. For added flavour, add a little crushed garlic or grated parmesan cheese or some finely chopped fresh herbs. Use as a seasoning for roasts and grills or with pasta dishes. Mix into cream cheese or sour cream for a tasty dip. Enjoy!
