This is a tangy salt blend of Queensland grown dried lemons, North Queensland peppercorns and Australian sea salt flakes. This citrus seasoning is great with seafood or avocado. It is a finishing salt but can be used in salad dressings or used to season chicken or other grilled meats. This blend does not contain any artificial souring agents.
